Self Esteem

Hey, Readers...

Are you consider your self as a " high self esteem" or " medium self esteem" or " Low self esteem"?

I just read one of article , it's all about " self Esteem"

What does " self esteem" mean?

based on article, Self esteem is your opinion of your self.

if you are high self esteem, you will be confident, happy, highly motivated, and have the right attitude to succeed.

But...

if you are low self esteem, it comes from poor self image. maybe you could ask your self " Do you think you are good, reliable, hardworking, honest or friendly person? it means poor confidence and that also causes negative thougths which means that you are likely give up easily rather than face challenge.

I consider my self , I am a medium self esteem:)

There are some elements that you need to be happy with your self:)

1. Don't compare with others.

2. Understand your self

3. focus on your achievements no matter how small.

4. always try your self and you will be happy with your self.

5. be happy with your life as it is.

6. if you have faith use it. especially faith in God is very helpful to many of us.

7. finally enjoy your life for the gift it is.

we were not born as a stranger, But we are born to be ...

first time, when you step up in to other world, what will you feel?

it's like a stranger and we do not know what's going on and what should we do?

but we should not worry too much of being a stranger in our life..

being a stranger like you live alone in the world, but then don't be fear on that kind of situation..

why don't you try your self to mingle with others to expand your network (Yeah I know not everyone can do it, but you should give a chance for your self)

we never know some one who around us may help and give some inspiration toward you..:)

even we come to this world, we do not know anyone except our family..

it's like when you are going to neighbourhood country for overseas assignment, study, career and many others, definitely you should adaptation well with the environment and people..

one of my model asked for my help to do " photoshoot make up" for their club members

first time,I was deny the chance, it is because I have a class during that time..it ain't possible for me to do..

and when the time comes, suddenly my hands move on to grab the handphone

directly I sms my model : " Maybe I can help you to do make up for your club members"

and lastly I went to my sister's school (EASB) to do photoshoot make up for her and her friends...

since there was no proper time management on the events, I only did three natural make up look for three models..

three things that I should highlighted from this event:

1. Face different kind of face

2. arrange my time for each model (I did 15 minutes make up for one model. Gosh!!I never did it before)

3. Accept from client's request (each of model have their own style)

my advice for those who arrange the events: You should arrange and manage your time properly

Thanks for everyone who give me a chance on this event:)

I just want You, Jesus..

There is no greater love than Yours...

Nothing Else could ever compare...

and even I search all the world...

I feel grateful to have You in my life...

First time and hope for Continuously

it was first time for him to went to City harvest church..can I say all of this a " miracle " from God?

and I hope God bring him back and be part of God continuously...

if we are Son of God, God will guide us step by step to achieve our hope...

Just be faith on Him..!!

God's Promises are Real and true..Never ever get tired on God's Promises..

At the Bible said: " Don't be afraid, Just believe" (it's not full statement, but it is only main point)

it ain't all about trenchantly but it's God's purpose..

your life will changes, if you have God in your life..

I would like to share some information you guys..

"Hope & Faith"

Hope is a confident expectation that desire will be fulfilled ,

faith is a confident expectation..

in order to achieve your hope, you should have faith...

So, how make your hope becomes reality:

1. Thinking (always have a positive thinking, expectation, and action)

2.Visualizing (when there are a hope and vision, there is a life)

3. Believing (if you believe on Him , He will Guide you. He never break his promise)

4. Speaking (Morning prayer, Holding onto prayer everyday)

"de Zii Sistas" stands for The Zhang Sisters in which consist of 4sistas namely ZiiSQ, ZiiSN, ZiiSL and ZiiSW. Apparently, de Sistas are staying under the same root. However, that doesn't make them spend loads of time together as everyone has their own world once they have their eyes on laptops. Thus, in order to strengthen the bond between de Sista, sista's night is organized once a week whereby each sister has to be the planner by turns.
